What is EFT?
EFT is a remarkably gentle, quick and effective therapy. It uses an emotion-focused method to painlessly release your body's pain, limiting beliefs, and negative emotional states.
It often works when nothing else will.
Quickly and easily reclaim your life, returning it to health, balance and well-being. Reduce or eliminate all kinds of issues, from general anxiety to fear of public speaking, from chronic pain or stress, bad habits, phobias or addictions.

"Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) is an emotional, needle-free version of acupuncture that is based on new discoveries regarding the connection between your body's subtle energies, your emotions, and your health. "EFT offers great healing benefits."

"EFT is a phenomenal healing method and is an important centerpiece of my practice. It has helped cure many of my patients with chronic problems."
Eric Robins, MD
EFT is still in its infancy and we have much to learn about its inner workings. In the meantime, it has been made into a user-friendly procedure so you can try it yourself after thoroughly learning the techniques. Please know, also, that some people's emotional and/or physical issues are such that they shouldn't try ANY healing procedure without the presence and guidance of
a qualified health professional. Although not endorsed by any medical or government establishment, we have an initial list of scientific experiments and studies that help validate EFT's benefits. The permanence of the successes of using EFT varies widely and cannot be predicted in advance. In some rare cases, symptoms may re-appear and require more EFT or other interventions. However, EFT has impressive results in most cases, and symptoms often vanish, never to re-appear. We do not claim that EFT is a substitute for drugs, surgeries, radiation or other conventional medical interventions, and we encourage you to get regular medical exams and talk to your doctor or other health professionals about what treatments are best for you. We are not physicians nor do we have formal training in medicine, acupuncture or psychotherapy. As always, you are responsible for good judgement in all your healthcare choices.
